Like most major patches, Visions of N’Zoth comes with a new raid: Ny’alotha, the Waking City. And players who pre-order Shadowlands can now create a Death Knight of any race - including all Allied Races and the Pandaren. Once players unlock an Allied Race, they can create a new character as that race. Alliance players can now recruit Mechagnomes, and Horde players can acquire the Vulpera Allied Race.

The Deepwind Gorge PvP map also has a new redesign, inspired by Arathi Basin. The Old God, N’Zoth, and his troops are attacking both of these areas, and players will need to defend them during the patch.
